Online ordering

Our website provides a convenient and simple service for placing orders directly to our factory. This is primarily a convenience and is not meant to act as a form of e-commerce. If you decide to provide credit card information on your order form, we will accept it, however please note that this is an unsecure connection. If you do not provide payment information with your order we will contact you to collect it. All online orders will receive an email, fax, or telephone response by the next business day.

If you are located outside the US, and we have a local distributor for your country, please send your order directly to your distributor for processing. The online order form currently does not route orders to our distributors, so you should contact them directly to place your order.

Here's how to use our online ordering system:

1. Log in to our website

You should be logged in to use our online shopping system. You can find the login link in the upper-right of our navigation system.

Logging in or signing up to our website is a simple, one-click process which allows you to place online orders. You also get access to a lot of other great features, like our online forum and special downloads.

2. Use our catalog to build a shopping cart

Find the product you need in our product catalog.

We have very complete online datasheets for each product. You can find an order form at the bottom of each product's page where you can add items to your cart.

Each product has several models to choose from, so you can find the best value for your needs.

3. Review your cart

Once you've started adding items to your shopping cart, you can review its contents at any time from our main navigation menu. You can modify your order, review your contact information, and finalize your order from a single page.

4. Checkout

To finish your quote, simply choose a contact method (email, phone, or fax) and proceed to checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your order, and your cart will be cleared for future orders. Our sales department will be notified and will contact you about billing details promptly.
